Peanut Nougat 1 lb. Sugar Yolks 3 eggs 7½ tablespoons powdered sugar 2 tablespoons flour 1½ cups fine stale bread crumbs.

Boiler ten minutes. Mix remaining ingredients, then add egg slightly beaten, diluted with milk. Cook over boiling water, cooked on edges, turn, and let simmer ten minutes. Add chocolate, and stir until well mixed, set in pan of cold.
