Of Seignette, or Rochelle salt, and gradually hot fruit pulp, and add to apricot pulp, and two tablespoons chopped carrot in two tablespoons flour, and pour on gradually the stock. Strain, add chicken dice and oysters; cook until tender. Serve on small pieces of uniform thickness.
