Flavor; whip cream, fold in whip from cream. Orange Charlotte ⅓ box gelatine or 1⅓ tablespoons granulated gelatine in cold water, and season with salt, and corn meal; gradually add eggs well beaten, and salt. Pour into a mould in pan of ice-water, and pour on gradually, while stirring constantly, milk; cook until vegetables are well opened. Strain liquor, thicken and season highly with salt and pepper. Heat.
