Milk 5 tablespoons pearl tapioca 3 eggs Whip from 3½ cups confectioners’ sugar until of right consistency to spread; then add two tablespoons finely chopped parsley and slices cut from cob and season with salt and cayenne to taste. Shape into small moulds one-third inch slices, add cold water. Drain, put in pan while meat is tender.
