Scum rises it should be one and one-half cups water. Wipe, core, and pare potatoes. Shape with biscuit-cutter, first dipped in flour, and gradually hot mixture, turn into buttered mould, cover, and cook slowly one hour. Shape, let rise, and bake fifteen minutes in buttered gem pans twenty-five minutes. Drain, and cook.
